Kate Spade New York hiring Sales Stylist in Niagara Falls, NY—$15–$19.50/hr, part-time retail position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinated add-ons, and create complete looks that suit the customer's wardrobe
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
  • Drive results through strong customer connections, brand storytelling, and product expertise
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Deliver and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Physically maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs occasionally

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
