Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and incorporate products into customers' existing wardrobes
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, professional checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods including public holidays
  • Participate in give-and-receive feedback processes and engage in continuous learning opportunities

Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience or demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Ability to lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs. consistently; up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
  • Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Flexibility to accommodate variable scheduling including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
