Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
