Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly while demonstrating expert product knowledge and brand storytelling
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple styling options to encourage customers to explore and experiment with new styles
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Kate Spade brand heritage and product attributes across all categories
- Reinforce customer choices and foster loyalty by inviting repeat visits
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience demonstrating professional selling ability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
Education
English proficiency required; local language proficiency per market may be required.

This position is based in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
