Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create cohesive complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Demonstrate mastery of brand heritage and product attributes across all categories
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative manner
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, climbing, bending, kneeling, and floor-to-stockroom navigation

- Strong English proficiency
- Flexibility to accommodate business needs including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
