Kate Spade in Estero, FL (Miromar Outlets) is hiring a part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests warmly; build rapport and demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct needs-based styling consultations, propose complete looks and suggest relevant add-ons to elevate the customer’s wardrobe.
- Use creative merchandising and styling techniques to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and inspire exploration of new styles.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and execute seamless POS transactions.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, visual presentation and inventory handling.
- Drive sales results through storytelling and sustained customer relationships; invite repeat visits.
- Participate in omni-channel selling initiatives and support virtual selling or social commerce activities as required.
- Provide and accept constructive feedback to support team performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; fashion or accessories experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate within a team.
- Comfort with social media, omni-channel/virtual selling techniques and basic digital clienteling.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage stockroom tasks.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required, with demonstrated selling and styling capabilities in a fashion or accessories environment preferred. Experience with omni-channel retail or virtual selling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This position is based in Estero, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Fort Myers.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
