Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain stockroom organization and execute POS transactions with accuracy
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and brand knowledge
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and build loyalty
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by business needs

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of professional selling skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to drive results through strong interpersonal connections.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional formal education in fashion, styling, or retail management is advantageous but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
