Kate Spade New York seeks a Sales Stylist at the Bicester Outlet in the UK. £28,275–£30,000 per year, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer preferences, lifestyle, and styling needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Maintain strong product knowledge of brand heritage, seasonal collections, and product attributes to reinforce customer choices
- Organize stockroom, manage inventory, and maintain operational standards including display presentation
- Demonstrate understanding of omni-channel and virtual selling techniques including social media awareness
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner to support continuous improvement
- Maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy trading periods, and public holidays as business needs require
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Proficiency in English language (fluency in local market languages an asset)
