Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest coordinated looks to complement customer wardrobes
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative styling demonstrations and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout and payment processing
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transaction accuracy, and sales floor presentation
- Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback constructively and support team collaboration
- Lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, and kneel as needed on sales floor and in stockroom
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience demonstrating customer engagement and sales acumen
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong English proficiency
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated customer-facing sales ability.
