Kate Spade seeks a Temporary Associate (Part‑time Retail Stylist) in Atlanta, GA — client-facing sales role at Lenox Square Mall.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Actively listen to customer needs, ask insightful questions, and guide customers through purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire repeat visits and deepen client relationships.
- Drive sales through storytelling and exceptional client service while meeting or exceeding individual and store targets.
- Maintain operational excellence on the shop floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions, inventory replenishment and merchandising standards.
- Adopt omni-channel selling methods and support virtual/remote customer engagements when required.
- Safely handle merchandise and perform physical tasks including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment; demonstrated ability to drive results through client engagement.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and operate collaboratively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.

Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred; candidates with at least one year in a comparable retail environment or demonstrable selling success will be competitive.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
