Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed personal sales and productivity goals while modeling best-in-class selling behaviors and techniques
- Deliver service aligned to Kate Spade Great Escape standards and coach peers on client engagement best practices
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge across all categories and share insights to elevate team selling capabilities
- Partner with Store and Assistant Manager to initiate business-driving events and strengthen selling culture
- Serve as brand ambassador by sharing compelling product stories and brand narratives with customers
- Champion omni-channel, virtual, and social selling services; lead adoption of new selling programs and platforms
- Support creation of short-form video content and live-stream shopping experiences; stay informed on social media trends
- Capture and relay client feedback to management to inform service standards and assortment strategies
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register fund management and facility security
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by encouraging collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or comparable elevated retail environment
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets while mentoring peers
- Extensive product knowledge and strong communication skills
- Experience with omni-channel and virtual selling platforms
- Social media fluency and understanding of platform trends and features
- Elevated sense of personal style and demonstrated professional ethics
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency

Experience
2+ years in luxury retail or elevated retail environment; demonstrated success driving sales performance and mentoring team members in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and professional retail experience will be considered.
