Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and supervise front-line sales staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, develop and motivate team members through on-the-floor training, performance feedback and brand standards enforcement.
  • Deliver elevated clienteling and personalised service to cultivate long-term customer relationships and maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Oversee merchandising and visual presentation to ensure adherence to the brand’s seasonal directives and store layout plans.
  • Manage inventory control processes, stock replenishment and cycle counts to minimise shrink and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Execute cash handling, POS reconciliation and end-of-day reporting with accuracy and compliance to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Create staff schedules to optimise coverage against forecasted traffic and sales, and assist with payroll/timekeeping administration.
  • Support the Store Manager with recruiting, onboarding and maintaining a high-performing, service-oriented store culture.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or fashion preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity, ideally within luxury/apparel or accessories.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing front-line retail staff.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention procedures.

Experience
