Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to a discerning luxury clientele and convert interactions into sales.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and CRM activity.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through product expertise and consultative selling.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately: process sales, exchanges, returns and payments in accordance with store policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and presentation of product assortments to brand guidelines.
- Perform inventory tasks including receiving, restocking and cycle counts; support stockroom organisation.
