Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to a discerning luxury clientele and convert interactions into sales.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and CRM activity.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through product expertise and consultative selling.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately: process sales, exchanges, returns and payments in accordance with store policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and presentation of product assortments to brand guidelines.
- Perform inventory tasks including receiving, restocking and cycle counts; support stockroom organisation.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and store operational procedures at all times.
- Participate in store events, promotions and training sessions to drive traffic and elevate brand experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further study in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a KPI-driven environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
- Professional presentation and discreet handling of high-value transactions.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred; demonstrable experience in client-facing roles and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
