Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident guest engagement and personalised styling advice to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales.
- Assess customer needs through active listening and probing questions; curate complete looks and recommend add-on products across categories.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to translate product features into lifestyle benefits.
- Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and guide customers through purchase decisions to completion.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and ensure stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling practices, leveraging social media awareness to support customer outreach and conversion.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by giving and receiving constructive feedback and supporting store performance goals.
- Perform routine physical tasks including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally to 50 lbs), bending and restocking.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to perform physical retail duties (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).
