Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests warmly, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge and brand DNA.
- Provide personalised styling advice, build complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket value.
- Listen attentively, ask insightful questions to identify customer needs, and guide purchase decisions to a seamless checkout.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Execute operational tasks including POS transactions, stockroom organisation, merchandising and inventory handling.
- Adopt omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques when engaging customers and support social media initiatives.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak periods and public holidays; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in English (or local market language) and comfort with social media and omni/virtual selling tools.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs) and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
