Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service by greeting guests warmly, building rapport, actively listening, and assessing lifestyle and aesthetic needs.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories, using storytelling to enhance the client experience.
  • Drive sales through suggestive selling, add-on recommendations and conversion of styling interactions into purchases.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure transactions are accurate, efficient and compliant with store procedures.
  • Maintain visual presentation and stockroom organisation, receive and process inventory, and support merchandising priorities.
  • Adopt omnichannel selling practices, including virtual styling and social media engagement, to extend client relationships beyond the sales floor.
  • Support a collaborative team environment by giving and receiving constructive feedback and participating in training and development.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
