Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating thorough product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice and build complete looks, using creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and pair items.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and by suggesting add-ons to increase average transaction value.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including visual presentation and inventory upkeep.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to engage customers across digital and in-store touchpoints.
- Support team goals by giving and receiving constructive feedback and collaborating on merchandising and service initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and operate effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling methods.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom and sales-floor physical duties.

Experience
Previous experience working in a retail environment with direct customer interaction; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or fashion-related coursework preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
