Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand style preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Showcase creative product combinations and explain how Kate Spade pieces can be incorporated into existing wardrobes
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and explore additional collections
  • Drive sales results through genuine customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and point-of-sale transactions
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
  • English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
