Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted stylist and product advisor, guiding customers to integrate Kate Spade pieces into their personal wardrobe and creating complete looks.
- Greet and engage guests proactively, listen to needs, ask insightful questions and deliver tailored styling recommendations and add-on suggestions.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and strong brand and product knowledge across all categories.
- Execute omni-channel selling and virtual selling techniques to convert opportunities and expand customer relationships.
- Operate POS, process transactions and maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom (inventory organization, replenishment and loss-prevention).
- Demonstrate visual merchandising standards and creative product presentation to showcase multiple ways to wear items.
- Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with colleagues to meet store targets and service standards.
- Perform routine physical tasks including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and stockroom maneuvers.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling ability with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Comfort with social media channels and a willingness to adopt omnichannel/virtual selling practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift and handle merchandise as described (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).

Experience
Prior retail selling experience is required; candidates should demonstrate documented sales results, product knowledge and comfort delivering personalized styling advice in a boutique environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or credentials in fashion, merchandising or retail management preferred.
