Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across Kate Spade's collections
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear items
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions with professionalism and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through compelling storytelling and deep brand knowledge while maintaining strong customer connections
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across the sales floor and stockroom
