Kate Spade New York seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate (Stylist) in Tulalip, Washington — join the Seattle Premium Outlets store as a customer-focused retail advisor.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with confidence, demonstrating expert product knowledge and brand DNA.
  • Assess customer needs through active listening and tailored questioning to deliver personalised styling advice.
  • Create complete looks by suggesting add-ons and coordinating across categories to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine products to inspire repeat visits and long-term client relationships.
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure efficient, accurate POS transactions and checkout.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, replenishment and inventory organisation.
  • Use storytelling to drive sales results and meet store performance objectives while adhering to brand standards.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to support team performance and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrable customer-facing advisory or styling experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and manoeuvring the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
