Kate Spade New York is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate in Tulalip, WA (Seattle Premium Outlets) — join the retail team to deliver styling and customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, build rapport and act as a trusted style advisor to assess customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized styling recommendations, assemble complete looks and suggest relevant add‑ons to increase basket size.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across in‑store and virtual/omnichannel selling touchpoints, including clienteling via social media where applicable.
  • Drive sales targets through storytelling, product knowledge and sustained customer relationships.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Support inventory management, visual merchandising and upkeep of the boutique environment to brand standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holiday trading; safely lift and move merchandise and displays as required.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Previous retail experience; prior experience in premium or fashion retail preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni/virtual selling techniques.
  • Fluency in English (or local market language) and ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor.

Experience

Prior retail experience is required; experience in fashion, accessories, or premium/luxury retail is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
