Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport while demonstrating thorough product knowledge across categories.
- Assess client needs through active listening and provide personalised styling advice to create complete looks and suggest add-ons.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and omni-channel engagement; guide customers through purchase decisions and checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence of the selling floor and stockroom, including POS transactions, merchandising and inventory organisation.
- Demonstrate creativity in presentation and advise customers on multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products.
- Support a collaborative retail environment by giving and receiving constructive feedback and reinforcing positive customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail sales experience; experience in styling, clienteling or visual merchandising is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively within a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- English proficiency for the U.S. market.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required; experience with styling, clienteling and omni-channel/virtual selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
