Kate Spade seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Thornton, Colorado (Denver Premium Outlets) — customer-focused stylist role with $15.00–$19.50/hr pay.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and establish rapport; provide informed, confident product guidance.
  • Deliver personalised styling advice and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product assortments.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling and by highlighting product attributes across categories.
  • Complete POS transactions accurately and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational standards: stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
  • Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; engage customers via social media when appropriate.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative, high-performance retail team.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays; perform routine physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing).

Qualifications

Experience

Prior retail sales experience required; background in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail and a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certificate in fashion, merchandising, retail or related field is a plus.
