Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with warmth and confidence while demonstrating extensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide personalized styling recommendations and add-on suggestions
  • Create complete looks showcasing multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise arrangement, and accurate POS transactions
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional and open manner
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods including public holidays

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a professional retail selling environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail setting

  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
