Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and confidence, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless point-of-sale transaction experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and inventory management

Qualifications

- Physical capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Proficiency in English and willingness to engage with diverse customer bases
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required. Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods retail is preferred.
