Kate Spade New York Sales Associate position in Sweetwater, Florida; $15.00–$19.25/hr, part-time retail styling role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen and pose insightful questions to understand customer needs, aesthetic preferences, and lifestyle requirements
- Provide styling advice and suggest coordinating pieces to create complete looks and encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using point-of-sale systems
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while building loyalty and inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, compelling brand storytelling, and consultative selling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and merchandising standards
- Provide and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
- Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques when required
- Execute physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, climbing, bending, and navigating the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and collaborate within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or local language per market
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holiday periods, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in fashion, luxury goods, or lifestyle retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent education.
