Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
  • Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, professional checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, authentic brand storytelling, and persuasive product recommendations
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
  • Multitask effectively, prioritize competing demands, and collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive customer experiences
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building lasting brand loyalty
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and apply omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Maintain flexibility to accommodate business needs, including nights, weekends, holiday periods, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications
