Kate Spade seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Sunrise, Florida (Sawgrass Mills) to deliver styling, sales and client service in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage customers, applying expert product knowledge to discover individual style preferences.
- Deliver personalized styling consultations and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product categories.
- Drive sales through consultative storytelling, suggest add‑ons and close purchases while maintaining high conversion standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure a seamless checkout experience for clients.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and replenishment.
- Execute omni-channel and virtual selling activities to support remote clienteling and social commerce initiatives.
- Provide thoughtful follow-up to reinforce customer choices and cultivate repeat visitation.
- Work flexible hours to cover nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; perform routine physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle categories.
- Comfort with multitasking, prioritization and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform routine physical duties (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales role is required, with demonstrated ability to engage customers, meet sales objectives and manage point-of-sale operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, retail or visual merchandising preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunrise, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
