Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport while demonstrating thorough product and brand knowledge.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks, recommending add-ons and complementary items.
- Listen actively to customer needs and use consultative selling to guide purchase decisions.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire customers and drive incremental sales.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: replenish merchandise, organise the stockroom, and support visual merchandising.
- Support omni-channel selling initiatives, including virtual selling and social media-driven client engagement.
- Reinforce customer choices, invite repeat visits, and contribute to target attainment through storytelling and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfortable learning and applying omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail and a track record of meeting sales objectives are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail, fashion or customer service coursework is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunbury, Ohio, USA, with easy access to Columbus.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
