Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with confident, brand‑forward service and deep product knowledge.
- Advise customers on styling, assemble complete looks, suggest complementary items and demonstrate multiple ways to wear product.
- Build strong customer relationships through active listening, discovery questions and tailored recommendations to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Execute sales transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure an efficient, seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, assist with inventory handling and visual presentation.
- Support omnichannel selling efforts, including virtual consultations and social media engagement, to meet sales targets.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and perform occasional physical tasks (lifting, climbing, bending).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or premium retail and styling is advantageous.
- Comfort with omnichannel retailing and social media; willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform standard retail physical duties.
