Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and establish rapport; provide personalised styling advice to create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into a customer’s wardrobe.
- Listen actively to customer needs, ask insightful follow-up questions and recommend complementary items to drive add‑on sales.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across categories and narrate brand and product stories to influence purchase decisions.
- Execute seamless point‑of‑sale transactions and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom and sales floor, receive and process inventory, and ensure visual standards are met.
- Use creativity to show multiple ways to wear product, inspire exploration of new styles and invite customers to return.
- Support omni‑channel selling activities (virtual appointments, social selling) and adapt to digital/remote customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or specialty retail experience preferred.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritising, and collaborating within a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holiday periods and peak retail days.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; experience in styling or working for a fashion/lifestyle brand is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
