Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident guest engagement and personalised styling advice to build long-term customer relationships.
- Discover customer needs through active listening and insightful questions; create complete looks and recommend complementary items.
- Drive sales through storytelling and product expertise across all categories, including upsell and add-on opportunities.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience while maintaining operational accuracy.
- Maintain visual presentation and stockroom organisation; assist with inventory replenishment and merchandise flow.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques (virtual selling, social engagement) to support brand initiatives and sales targets.
- Adhere to store policies and safety requirements; assist with merchandising, receiving and light physical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience with lifestyle or fashion brands and direct client advisory work is advantageous.
