Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confident product knowledge; build rapport to understand customers’ needs and preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice and outfit coordination; create complete looks and recommend complementary items to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and style product to inspire exploration of the brand’s assortment.
- Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and guide customers through purchase decisions and returns.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, inventory replenishment and organisation.
- Support omni-channel selling and virtual clienteling when required; assist with social selling or digital order fulfilment.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and accessibility standards; assist with lifting, stock movement and visual merchandising as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven retail selling ability with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a retail or fashion environment, demonstrating customer-centric sales results.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
- Demonstrable social media awareness and openness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.

Experience
Previous retail experience is required; candidates should demonstrate effective selling skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and familiarity with visual merchandising and point-of-sale operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or visual merchandising coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
