Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism, demonstrating expert product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative conversations to uncover customer needs and style preferences, then provide personalised styling recommendations.
- Create cohesive looks by suggesting add-ons and coordinating merchandise to increase basket size and deliver a curated client experience.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products, using creativity to inspire customers to explore new styles.
- Manage the sales process through to a seamless checkout, handling POS transactions accurately and maintaining conversion focus.
