Kate Spade New York Sales Associate in Shenzhen. Deliver personalized styling and drive sales with strong product knowledge and exceptional customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinated add-ons, and curate complete looks that align with customer aesthetics
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and build brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate willingness to engage with social media awareness and omni-channel selling techniques
- Provide and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail environment experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative team setting
- English proficiency required; Mandarin Chinese preferred for Shenzhen location
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury lifestyle retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion, retail management, or styling certification is a plus.
