Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide personalized styling advice to build complete looks
- Suggest complementary products and add-ons to enhance the customer experience
- Use creative storytelling to showcase multiple ways to wear Kate Spade products and encourage style exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting return visits
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate awareness of social media and omni-channel selling techniques
- Work collaboratively with the team and provide constructive feedback
- Comply with flexible scheduling to meet business needs including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Proficiency in English or local market language
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team setting
- Willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
