Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to understand personal style preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinating items, and create complete looks that inspire customer purchases
  • Showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into existing wardrobes using creative storytelling and visual presentation
  • Guide customers through the purchase journey and ensure a seamless, enjoyable checkout experience
  • Reinforce customer confidence in their choices and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, visual merchandising, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members and give/receive constructive feedback to support collective success

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays)
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
