Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and combinations
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, friction-free checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, ideally in fashion, accessories, or luxury lifestyle sectors. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles with a track record of exceeding performance targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
