Kate Spade New York is hiring a Sales Associate at San Marcos Premium Outlets in Texas. Part-time position with retail sales experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade pieces into customers' existing wardrobes
  • Drive sales results through compelling storytelling and authentic customer connections
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest and professional manner
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods to meet business needs

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • English language proficiency
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
