Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to customers, creating complete looks and recommending complementary items across categories.
- Engage guests on the sales floor with confident greetings, active listening, and insightful questioning to uncover needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product expertise and strong customer relationships; guide buyers through purchase decisions to completion.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, merchandising, and inventory replenishment.
- Utilise omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, including social media awareness, to broaden customer reach and support sales targets.
- Reinforce customer choices to build loyalty and invite repeat visits; escalate complex enquiries to management when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise activities and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Comfort with omni-channel selling methods and willingness to adopt virtual selling tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles and styling or personal-shopping duties is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or visual merchandising training is advantageous.
