Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new collections
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless, efficient checkout experiences
