Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade collections
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new and versatile options
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting repeat visits and fostering long-term relationships
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and demonstration of deep brand and product knowledge
