Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confidence, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and brand DNA.
- Provide personalised styling advice, build complete looks and suggest add‑ons to enhance customer wardrobes.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and strong customer relationships.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual and operational standards: stockroom organisation, merchandise presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives; assist customers across in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Reinforce customer choices to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; fashion or lifestyle retail experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with omni-channel retail technologies and social media engagement; willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic days and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Prior retail experience is required; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail and previous clienteling or styling responsibilities is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, merchandising or retail management is an asset.
