Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and authoritative product knowledge; act as a trusted styling advisor.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and provide tailored styling recommendations, building complete looks and suggesting complementary items.
- Drive sales through storytelling, relationship-building and proactive clienteling across in-store and virtual channels.
- Execute efficient point-of-sale transactions and maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and visual presentation.
- Support omnichannel activity and social selling; adapt to virtual styling and remote client interactions when required.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; perform regular physical tasks including lifting and stock movement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is required.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing, and collaborating within a team.
- Familiarity with social media and a willingness to adopt omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Prior experience in a retail environment; proven selling skills and client-facing retail experience are required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.85 to CAD 21 per hour.
