Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, asking insightful follow-up questions to inform styling recommendations
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that celebrate the customer's personal aesthetic
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products creatively and encourage customers to explore new styles within the Kate Spade offering
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions and facilitate a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, compelling product storytelling, and consultative selling techniques
- Maintain operational excellence in stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness and digital platforms
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional, collaborative manner
- Lift merchandise and materials (up to 25 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom as needed
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency or local language proficiency as required by market
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform repetitive retail and stockroom duties
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays as business needs require

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, particularly in fashion, accessories, or luxury lifestyle retail. Familiarity with customer-facing retail operations, sales transactions, and team-based retail environments is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No formal post-secondary education required.
