Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide expert styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Maintain operational excellence in the stockroom and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Reinforce customer choices and encourage return visits
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales methodologies
- Proficiency in English
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Education
