Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest add-ons, and curate complete looks that align with customer vision
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, professional checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and cultivate loyalty by inviting repeat visits and building lasting relationships
- Drive sales results through authentic storytelling and strong customer connections
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Participate in team collaboration and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with professional polish
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic sales environment
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team structure
- Capacity to lift and maneuver merchandise (minimum 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally)

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
