Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that inspire customers
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and build versatile wardrobes
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience at point-of-sale
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and build brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and product expertise
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, and kneel as needed on the sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • English language proficiency or local language proficiency per market
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
